I’m in a 9.00am post go-live meeting. We have the supplier’s product manager. There’s the middle layer supplier’s client engagement manager. Then there are our service managers and clinical leads.
And as I’m sitting here, listening to the intricacies of the issues in need of remediation, I’m thinking to myself, “These people are brilliant.” Then there’s me, and I realise I’m not in their league at all.
