I brought in external trainers to embed learning across the organisation.
Towards the end, the lead trainer pointed towards more in-depth considerations.
“Your technical teams will probably take care of this for you.”
That did make me chortle. What luxury!
It reminded me again that typical organisations have sprawling teams for what here is considered the work of one.
