I’ve been enjoying my role as trainer and consultant this week, sharing my insights and expertise with others.
The only trouble is, I now have a backlog of work in the hands-on stuff, which in any other organisation would be the responsibility of my underlings.
Alas, I must return to that now, forgetting these newfound pretensions. But not today. Let me savour these moments a little while longer.
