Today, I found my voice, rediscovering where I fit and how I add value.
The role I might fulfill, if only my employer would fund a role to enable me to pass what I have always done onto others.
Some days, I remember what I could achieve, if only I was enabled.
But alas, too often, I get bogged down in the details, forced to deliver work far below my capabilities.
Today, I had a glimpse of what could be.
