I’m contacted by a service who have received feedback that staff cannot find the information they need.
I respond by setting out how they could improve access to information by structuring it more logically.
They respond by telling me that the CEO had commented how easy their information was to access.
Now I’m perturbed, because this started out with a comment that staff cannot find the information they need.
So which is it? They can or they can’t? Or we just overrule that finding because the CEO has spoken?
