Some things I will never understand.
You’ve just fitted a expensive wooden living room floor, and it doesn’t occur to you to put dust sheets down before splattering it with paint.
You’re fixed marble sills to every window, and it doesn’t occur to you to cover them prior to splattering them with plaster and cement.
Sorry, I’ve just been vacuuming the house, so all the illogicalities of builders have been thrust back to the forefront of my mind.
