So another way to think of the deficits caused by that chromosome disorder is to think of them not as a curse, but as blessings.
No calamity occurs on earth or in yourselves without it being in a record before We bring it into being. This is certainly easy for God.

My adolescence was spent in the affluent suburbs, raised amidst luxury and wealth. Without these deficits, that would likely be my world too. What motivation would I then have to come this way?
Perhaps these deficits helped dampen my ego. Perhaps they helped bestow me with more esoteric ambitions. Perhaps they granted me the courage to walk a different path.
Surely there is wisdom in God’s design, even if we mere mortals struggle to see it.
