The war on woke is no different from the assault on political correctness gone mad: it’s just a catchphrase made up by the powerful to distract attention from their own incredible failings.
Instead of holding their governments accountable for failing to provide basic necessities, the common man is left railing against those who have nothing to do with it. Namely those at the bottom of the pile who only had the temerity to demand they be treated with dignity and respect.
So sad that in thirty years, nothing has changed at all. We’re still blaming the wrong people for the state we find ourselves in. Still passing the buck, for nobody dares take themselves to account.
