The video’s title reads “Compelling evidence for the prophethood of Muhammad”. This evidence, claims the narrator, is the Prophet’s accurate description of future events that would occur in the Last Days. But as he runs through numerous prophecies attributed to him, supposedly concerning events coming to life before our very eyes, he unknowingly contradicts the Quran.
They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival? Say, “Its knowledge is only with my Lord. None will reveal its time except Him. It lays heavily upon the heavens and the earth. It will not come upon you except unexpectedly.” They ask you as if you are familiar with it. Say, “Its knowledge is only with Allah, but most of the people do not know.”

This is our dawah through and through, always positing arguments based on anything but the Quran. And when the Quran is brought up, it is automatically dismissed and cast aside.
Yes, that evidence looks compelling if you accept the narrator’s account and conclusions without question. But not if you judge by the Quran, in which the Prophet is clearly instructed to deny that he is familiar with the timing of the arrival of the Hour.
Say: “Its knowledge is only with my Lord. None will reveal its time except Him…”
Naturally, I have read the rebuttals of scholars and their disciples, as they put these words in whatever context will best explain them away. They are learned, and I ignorant.
But this simple mind must ask: having been commanded by his Lord to say that knowledge of the arrival of the Hour is God’s alone, would he really go on to furnish his followers with detailed descriptions of everything that would occur immediately preceding the Hour?
They ask you as if you are familiar with it. Say, “Its knowledge is only with Allah, but most of the people do not know.”
