Reboot
I have a handy wee utility on my home computer called CCleaner. It seems to keep my system running nice and smoothly as it wipes away the volumes of temporary files and clutter left behind by Word, Photoshop, Internet Explorer, Firefox and Windows itself. On days like these, I wish there was a utility that I could boot up in my head — to fix my registry and wipe away all of the crap. There’s stuff in here I’d love to run through secure delete, overwriting it with 35 passes to make sure it’s gone. But, alas, temporary files clog up my cache. For the human heart there is no remedy so easily administered.
Bismillah…
I thought the following quote from Imam al-Haddad’s Book of Assistance would be pertinent:
— On Certainty, Book of Assistance, Sayyidi al-Imam ‘Abdullah Bin ‘Alawi al-Haddad Ba ‘Alawi al-Husayni Radhiyallah ‘Anh!
Wassalam
Bismillah
Salaams. Should you figure out a way, please do share!
A good reboot is certainly what I could use as well. I suspect the best reboot is Qur’an and dhikr.
Assalamu alykum wa rahmatullah,
It is your treasure if it’s on your tongue and more so if it’s in your mind’s heart.
I wish you were here soaking up a bit of sun. The sky is so blue and the grass is so green. The rays of the sun reflect so softly on the walls.
There is dust almost everywhere, a reminder of where we come from and where we end up.
wassalam
true say sidi.lol.
