		<description>I&#039;m afraid I don&#039;t know anything about him today. I merely felt compelled to correct Hari&#039;s picture of him as some kind of past monster. When I encountered him, he was not anything of the sort. 

Instead, he was quite a friendly chap---with non-Muslims and Muslims alike---though one who was obsessed with British and US engagement with the Muslim world.</description>

		<description>He seems to have authoritarian tendencies, even though he left HT several years ago. He and his co-Director are currently suing Craig Murray and his hosting company for libel simply  for saying on his blog that the &lt;em&gt;Quilliam Foundation&lt;/em&gt; had not filed its accounts. Odd that they want to sue a non-Muslim over such an apparently trivial matter and have not sued any &lt;em&gt;Islamists&lt;/em&gt;.</description>
