Say: &quot;Whether ye believe in it or not, it is true that those who were given knowledge beforehand, when it is recited to them, fall down on their faces in humble prostration, &quot;And they say: &#039;Glory to our Lord! Truly has the promise of our Lord been fulfilled!&#039;&quot; They fall down on their faces in tears, and it increases their (earnest) humility. Say: &quot;Call upon Allah, or call upon Rahman: by whatever name ye call upon Him, (it is well): for to Him belong the Most Beautiful Names. Neither speak thy Prayer aloud, nor speak it in a low tone, but seek a middle course between.&quot; Say: &quot;Praise be to Allah, who begets no son, and has no partner in (His) dominion: Nor (needs) He any to protect Him from humiliation: yea, magnify Him for His greatness and glory!&quot;&quot; [Al-Qur&#039;an 017.106-111]&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&quot;Not one of the beings in the heavens and the earth but must come to (Allah) Most Gracious as a servant. He does take an account of them (all), and hath numbered them (all) exactly. And everyone of them will come to Him singly on the Day of Judgment. On those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, will (Allah) Most Gracious bestow love. &lt;br/&gt;So have We made the (Qur&#039;an) easy in thine own tongue, that with it thou mayest give Glad Tidings to the righteous, and warnings to people given to contention.&quot; [Al-Qur&#039;an 019.093-97]&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&quot;To every people did We appoint rites (of sacrifice), that they might celebrate the name of Allah over the sustenance He gave them from animals (fit for food). But your god is One God: submit then your wills to Him (in Islam): and give thou the good news to those who humble themselves,-To those whose hearts when Allah is mentioned, are filled with fear, who show patient perseverance over their afflictions, keep up regular prayer, and spend (in charity) out of what We have bestowed upon them.&quot; [Al-Qur&#039;an 022.034-45] &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&quot;A guide: and glad tidings for the believers,-Those who establish regular prayers and give in regular charity, and also have (full) assurance of the hereafter.&quot; [Al-Qur&#039;an 027.002] &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;hadith:&lt;br/&gt;RasulAllah, salAllahu &#039;alayhi wa sallam, was once asked &quot;What actions are most excellent?&quot; He replied &quot;To gladden the heart of human beings, to feed the hungry, to help the afflicted, to lighten the sorrow of the sorrowful and to remove the sufferings of the injured.&quot;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;hadith:&lt;br/&gt;“Give glad tidings and do not repel the people. Make things easy for the people and do not make it difficult for them and make them calm (with glad tidings) and do not repulse (them).&quot; &lt;br/&gt;Sahih Bukhari) &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;And many others that tell us:&lt;br/&gt;be happy!&lt;br/&gt;Allah loves you&lt;br/&gt;despite your flaws and failings&lt;br/&gt;despite your hard times and bad days.&lt;br/&gt;The Prophet of Allah, salAllahu &#039;alayhi wa sallam, was also reported to have said: every son of Adam is a sinner but the bets of the sons of Adam are the tawwabeen (the repenters).&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;So take heart my brother and hold firm to the rope of Allah, He is with you and loves you.</description>
