The tongue
Abu Musa said, “I said, ‘Messenger of Allah, whose Islam is best?’ He said, ‘The one from whose tongue and hands the Muslims are safe.’” The Messenger of Allah said: “From the excellence of a man’s Islam is leaving that which does not concern him.” “It is enough of a lie for a man to talk about everything he hears.” “Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him speak good or remain silent.”
